Joseph Smith had 30-40 wives. Most of Joseph Smith’s marriages did not include any sexual relations. Joseph Smith did not have children with any woman other than his first wife Emma Smith. Many of Joseph Smith’s wives’ marriages were sealings for eternity, not marriages for time.
